Training with CVC

CAPITOL VELO CLUB is dedicated to helping women develop the technique and strength to ride more proficiently by providing regularly scheduled training rides, clinics, and structured interval workouts.

THURSDAY EVENING RIDES - There will be 2 groups – a slower pace group (12-15 mph) and faster pace (16-19 mph) group. Varying distances will be offered, generally up to 40 miles. These rides help develop the skill for newer riders as well as fast-paced group riding and racing.
